The typically reliable Nikki Finke at Deadline Hollywood is reporting that David Slade, edgy director of Hard Candy and30 Days of Night is in talks to possibly direct the Eclipsemovie. He has reportedly already met with Stephenie Meyer as well as Summit President Erik Feig. No official word on this yet, so consider it a rumor at this point.
